Every season of life is worth celebrating, and wedding anniversaries are definitely something to commemorate! I recently had the honor of capturing 10th wedding anniversary photos for my dear friends, Lauren and Ryan. It was such a JOY photographing this special milestone for them! We captured their photos at the gorgeous NC Museum of Art in Raleigh, and it was a beautiful summer evening. Lauren mentioned that she wanted to capture photos of their wedding rings, and it was so fun to capture some creative shots with the warm golden sunlight behind them. She also still had her tiara from her wedding as well as her red Virginia Tech heels, and it was SO awesome to incorporate them into the shots at the end! It was truly a JOY to work with E for her high school senior session! We captured her photos at the beautiful NC Museum of Art in Raleigh, and I had a blast documenting her senior photos on the grassy fields. We had time to do two outfits, and I was excited when she told me her second outfit was a red dress—she will be attending NC State University next year, so red was a fitting choice! :) Most of all, I was truly blown away at how poised E was, and I have no doubt she will do amazing things in her future! Fall is one of my favorite seasons because of the gorgeous colors! I had the honor of working with the T family, and I was so excited to capture their family photos at the NC Museum of Art. The location is SO beautiful and scenic, and has the perfect fall backdrop! Their daughter was almost one, and she had such a sweet and curious expression during most of the shoot—it was so funny and cute! She also had the cutest white sherpa onesie, which was perfect because it was chilly that day. We then ended the session with some beautiful mom-and-dad photos, which I always recommend doing since it’s rare to capture a nice photo of just the parents!
