Fall photos are underway, and it was such a JOY to work with the R family again! It was so fun to include their dog, Jabba, in the shoot this time, too! We captured their family photos at Pullen Park in Raleigh, and the day was absolutely perfect. As many of you know, the weather in September can be unpredictable. We had heavy rain the previous days, so we lucked out with sunshine!

I loved how their son, R, was so happy and smiley during the whole shoot :) He is one of those kids who would just easily smile and laugh! My favorite part was seeing them all play together with bubbles towards the end of the shoot—it was so sweet to see how much fun they were having! See more of my favorite moments below!

I had the honor of photographing this sweet family again, and it was such a joy to meet their second baby! :) It was also special because Aru’s parents were visiting from India. We had a delightful time walking to a nearby park to capture some outdoor family photos. The weather was warm and humid, but this didn’t stop us from having fun! It was so precious to see their oldest daughter showing so much affection towards her grandparents, parents, and her baby sister :) We then walked back home for the last part of the shoot, and it was wonderful to capture some more family photos and their daughter eating a popsicle! 50 years of marriage is truly a remarkable milestone! I had the honor of capturing family photos for the W family recently in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. We captured photos at the beautiful Wild Dunes Resort, which is located near Charleston, SC. Even through the heat, humidity, and sweat, they were AMAZING and such a joyful family! We started off with pictures of the whole group, then did a variety of family combinations and portraits of the beautiful couple. It was so beautiful to see their love still going strong, and to capture these precious memories! I also loved how many grandchildren they had—7 girls and 2 boys :) Enjoy seeing some of my favorite highlights below!
