I had an absolutely wonderful time capturing maternity photos for this sweet couple! We documented their maternity photos at the gorgeous NC Museum of Art, and I remember even though it was May, it was a bit windy and chilly that day. That didn’t stop us from having an awesome time, though! :) One of the things I loved about them was their cheerful nature and ability to laugh easily with each other. Most of all, I truly enjoyed capturing their love for one another and their excitement for their baby! See some of my favorite moments below from this beautiful maternity session!

I had the joy of working with the H family again, who are sweet friends of mine from church! They are expecting baby girl #2, and we had SO much fun capturing their maternity session at the beautiful NCMA. We did some photos by the reflection pond and the open field, and the sunlight was so pretty! One of my favorite parts of the shoot was capturing them swinging their son and documenting all of his laughs and giggles :) It was truly precious, and I can’t wait for their baby girl to arrive and join the family! It was such a JOY to work with this family again, and this time with the excitement of Baby #2 on the way! :) We did photos outside of their home in the morning, and their toddler son was being so funny and silly at the beginning of the shoot. He enjoyed being chased and tossed in the air, and I had to capture his adorable smiles and laughter! We then photographed some beautiful maternity photos of Erica and Dan, and then some fun family photos in their backyard. We had their fluffy dog, Burger, join us for the photos, and it was so precious! They had all their hands (and paw!) on Erica’s belly, which was a similar pose we did a few years ago with their son. It was amazingly ADORABLE. I was also moved to see how much their son LOVED their dog! He literally gave Burger a big squeeze, and Burger was so calm and gentle. The photos we captured were priceless, and I can’t wait to capture their photos with their sweet baby girl soon! Enjoy the photos below!
